I understand the high risk part that Washer Specialties is shipping via Fed Ex has a probability of being damaged.

I also understand that if my shipment is damaged, I have no choice but to pay for the merchandise no matter how badly it is damaged and that Fed EX will NOT reimburse me.

If this shipment is returned to Washer Specialties, I agree to pay for the merchandise and any recurring charges.
